German courses:
A large team of volunteers from Asyl Spenge takes care of the language classes.
The current focus of the teaching work is
- the 2-hour German lesson on Monday and Thursday in the community center (9.00 – 11.00 a.m.)
- Sponsorships for school children
- One-to-one lessons for vocational school students (mainly to help with homework and help with exam preparation), since more than 50% of the adult refugees in Spenge are now employed, in training, in integration courses or in pre-employment measures.
