We are looking for people who can support refugees who are in training 1-2 times a week with expert help. It’s all about providing assistance in the theoretical area (understanding the task), for example explaining subject-specific terms.
The required specialist areas are diverse and range from classic trades to, for example, economic management. For example, retired master craftsmen who have worked in the relevant departments would be ideal.
